While fishing on his kayak Brian Fagan hooked an huge size white bass: he was off north of San Diego when he caught this monster fish that is nearly the state record.
Fagan’s 74.2 pound - 33.52 kilos sea bass falls about 4 pounds short of a state record, but white sea bass this large don’t come around very often.
