SCOTLAND: huge 25 1/2 brown trout from lake Awe

This huge brown trout come from Scotland, where angler Robert Wilson caught this 1.50 kg - 25 ½ lb brown.

He was trolling on lake Awe, on the first day of the trout season, using a  19cm Savage Gear Soft 4Play lure when he hooked this monster fish.

The brown trout was hooked at midday and took nearly 30 minutes to get to the net. 

He also caught a salmon on the same lure and setup on the third day. Both fish were returned alive in the lake.
