Angler Bob Pollard fishing off the coast of Penzance, in Cornwall, England, reel in this 112 kilos - 248 pound blue shark. Pollard was fishing with Capt. Robin ‘Chippy’ Chapman, owner of the boat "Bite Adventures", who helped haul in the 8 foot long blue shark. The fish is the new British record and bests the standing record by over 26 pounds.
Accordin to the Daily Mail Pollard described it as a pig of a fish, who left the experienced skipper to hold the head-end of the killer shark as they battled to haul it on to the fishing boat.
