Alaska: 184 Pound halibut Landed!!

Lady Angler Nails Monster Near Montague Island, Alaska:
Terry Bors traveled with her husband Lou all the way from Napa Valley, California to enjoy a 7 night / 6 day fishing package with Tim Berg's Alaskan Fishing Adventures. The Bors are staying at the SeaScape Lodge.
On the first day of their fishing package the couple headed out of Seward onboard the vessel YODA in search of king salmon and BIG halibut.
Terry had always heard about barndoor halibut, but until 2 Pm on Tuesday, June 21st she had no idea what the term really meant!!
Visiting Alaska was a dream long in the making.  The Bors first starting looking at visiting Alaska over 5 years ago and now, finally they were going to find out what Alaska Fishing with Tim Berg's crew was all about.
"Donnie and his deckhand Kyle did just a superb job in every way. What a great skipper you have in Donnie. Both Lou and I can't thank Donnie enough for everything he did to help me land this giant.  It took almost 1 hour and 40 minutes to get this fish in the boat"!!
Terry is having the tail of this Trophy fish mounted by a local taxidermist.  the tail measured a whopping 22 1/2 inches.  Halibut this large are very good to eat and create memories that will last a lifetime.
