They have been called the Japan crop circles of the sea floor; they are of 7 feet diameter patterned circles that were first spotted in 1996 off the coast of southern Japan.
But the origin of these strange and particular underwater crop circles was an enigma for many yeas.
The mystery persisted until when the "culprit fish", a male puffer-fish just 5 inch long, was finally caught in the act.
