Young 16 year old Will Chapman was fishing tarpon on the bottom with fishing guide, Capt. Patrick Dineen of Flyliner Charters when something strange happened.
He hooked and caught a very rare golden tarpon.
Capt. Dineen has caught thousands of tarpon off the coast of Florida but he has never seen a tarpon like this.
