Out of Sheepshead Bay (New York), Capt. Nardiello, a party boat skipper hooked and landed a blackfish (or tautog) weighing little over 21 pounds.
According to Fishing United, this big fish will probably be a new state record for New York. The standing record is 20 pounds, 10 ounces.
