The Iowa bighead carp state record was broken by Larry Sparks. Sparks landed a 93lb, 8oz. fish while fishing from Rathbun Lake; a lake where an Asian carp has never before been seen. This huge catch actually beats the IGFA All-Tackle world record as well.
