USA: record 60 inches muski per 60 pound!

When it comes to muskie, they don't get much bigger than this.

According to Syracuse.com, this is one of the larger muskie caught on the St. Lawrence River in years, and probably anywhere, in quite a while.

This fish, caught by the team of guide Rich Clarke and angler Dan Polniak Jr., fishing out of Clayton, N.Y. this past Sunday, stretched the tape to an amazing 60 inches, and although the duo didn't weigh it so that they could best release it unharmed, Clarke estimated the fish was pushing 60 pounds.

While the math is debatable, the largest muskie ever released is estimated to have been around 70 pounds.
